Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you'll own critical aspects of data integration and product development:

• Translate intricate data, API, and integration requirements into clear, prioritized user stories that drive development.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Data Integration Engineer to design robust data flows, enhance Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities, and develop API frameworks.
• Manage and prioritize a complex, data-intensive product backlog, expertly balancing business value, technical feasibility, and scalability.
• Ensure all delivered solutions meet high standards for accuracy, security, compliance, and performance in a scalable architecture.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to foster innovation and rapid iteration.
• Champion an MVP-first approach, delivering quick wins while building toward a unified, consumer-grade platform experience.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with deep knowledge of how data traverses enterprise systems.
• Hands-on familiarity with data engineering concepts, including APIs, ETL/ELT workflows, integration frameworks, and CDPs.
• Strong backlog prioritization skills in data-heavy environments, adept at weighing business ROI against technical complexity.
• Exceptional communication abilities: simplify technical jargon for executives, stakeholders, and non-technical teams.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, digital transformations, or greenfield product builds.
• Mindset for scalable, flexible solutions with a focus on security, mobile-responsiveness, and user-centric design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO, PMP) a plus.
