Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Ownership

Take full ownership of IT and software initiatives from initial intake through post-launch support. This includes scoping projects, defining success metrics, and ensuring seamless handoffs to operations teams. Strategic Planning and Execution

Delivery Cadence Management

Orchestrate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, stakeholder updates, and retrospectives. Maintain momentum across teams while adapting to evolving priorities in digital, application, and infrastructure projects.

Risk and Change Mastery

Proactively identify, mitigate, and communicate risks, dependencies, and changes. Implement robust frameworks to keep cross-functional teams aligned, minimizing disruptions and maximizing project velocity.

Collaborative Leadership

Build strong partnerships with Engineering Managers, Infrastructure leads, QA teams, and business stakeholders. Facilitate clear communication, resolve conflicts, and champion best practices to drive collective success.

Required Qualifications

To excel in these IT Project Manager roles, candidates should possess:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing IT projects in enterprise or mid-market settings
• Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and SDLC processes
• Proven track record in risk, dependency, and change management
• Strong technical aptitude with familiarity in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), software development lifecycles, and DevOps practices
