Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file sophisticated pleadings, motions, oppositions, and discovery requests/responses in complex commercial litigation and employment defense cases across federal and state courts.
• Perform in-depth legal research using advanced tools like Westlaw and LexisNexis, preparing detailed memoranda on cutting-edge case law, statutes, and regulatory guidance.
• Collaborate with the lead partner on case strategy development, trial preparation including witness outlines and exhibit organization, and settlement negotiations with opposing counsel.
• Serve as a key liaison, communicating professionally with clients, co-counsel, adverse parties, and court personnel to advance case objectives.
• Efficiently manage voluminous case files, calendars, and deadlines using case management software to ensure zero compliance issues.
• Proactively monitor court dockets nationwide, organize evidentiary materials, and produce comprehensive internal reports and client updates.
