  • Maintain comprehensive records of docket entries, legal documents, orders, subpoenas, warrants, and notifications with meticulous accuracy.
  • Conduct thorough case history research to guide next steps, adhering strictly to relevant laws, rules, and procedures.
  • Monitor defendant compliance with sentencing and probation conditions, tracking progress and reporting as required.
  • Manage warrant issuance, processing, and failure-to-appear documentation to support judicial enforcement.
  • Compile statistical data and generate routine reports for court administration and performance tracking.
  • Stay abreast of evolving laws, regulations, and procedures to ensure all processes remain current and effective.
  • Oversee jury management, including summoning, record-keeping, scheduling coordination, and payment processing.
  • Administer records retention schedules, monitor case workloads, and process public records requests efficiently.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming documents via multiple channels (in-person, mail, fax, electronic).
  • Maintain organized filing systems for case files, correspondence, and documents.

Required Qualifications
