Deliver expert Level 2 technical support by diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues spanning infrastructure, cloud services, and endpoint devices. You'll dive deep into problems that Level 1 teams can't handle, ensuring minimal downtime for critical systems.
Manage and troubleshoot core Microsoft 365 applications such as Exchange Online for email reliability, Microsoft Teams for collaboration, SharePoint for document management, and OneDrive for secure file syncing. Design and deploy Azure and hybrid cloud solutions tailored to client requirements, optimizing performance and scalability.
Administer Windows Server environments and desktop OS to maintain peak reliability. Support VMware vSphere and vCenter for virtualization, handling setup, maintenance, and optimization of virtual machines in enterprise settings.
Leverage PowerShell scripting to automate repetitive tasks, boosting efficiency across IT operations. Deploy and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning and secure device management.
