Key Responsibilities

Lead Cloud Engineering & Architecture

• Architect, deploy, and support comprehensive solutions spanning Microsoft 365, Azure, and Azure AD (Entra ID).
• Spearhead cloud migrations, modernization projects, and enhancements in identity and security postures.
• Optimize Azure resources, including advanced networking, compute, storage, and governance frameworks.
• Provide expert support and improvements for environments utilizing Microsoft Public Cloud and AWS infrastructures.

Security Engineering Excellence

• Configure and manage critical tools like Intune, Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, conditional access policies, MFA, and Zero Trust architectures.
• Conduct thorough security assessments and roll out industry-leading best-practice improvements.
• Develop robust, secure configurations for identity management, endpoint protection, and cloud workloads.

Senior-Level Escalation & Leadership

• Act as the premier escalation resource for all cloud, security, and infrastructure challenges.

Required Qualifications

To excel as our Lead MSP Engineer, you need 8+ years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering and cybersecurity, with proven leadership in MSP or similar high-volume service environments. Key qualifications include deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, M365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Sentinel; proficiency in Zero Trust, conditional access, and MFA implementations; and a track record of leading complex cloud migrations.
