Key Responsibilities

Collaborative Design and Development

Work hand-in-hand with Instructional Designers, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to co-create digital learning solutions tailored to specific job tasks and performance objectives. Your role will involve translating high-level strategies into focused, engaging digital modules using industry-leading tools like Articulate Storyline and NovoEd.

Interactive Experience Creation

Harness Articulate and NovoEd to build interactive, practice-oriented experiences that emphasize decision-making, scenario-based learning, and real-world application. Design interactions that challenge learners to think critically, make choices, and reflect on outcomes, fostering deeper understanding and skill mastery.

Multimedia and Learning Science Application

Integrate multimedia elements—such as animations, videos, and simulations—while grounding your decisions in proven learning science principles. Optimize for cognitive load, attention capture, knowledge retention, and transfer to optimize learner engagement and long-term results.

Design Iteration and Quality Assurance

Make intentional choices on layout, visuals, and media to enhance usability and effectiveness. Required Qualifications
