  • Preparing and reconciling monthly expense reports and corporate card activity with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Coordinating domestic travel arrangements, from bookings to itineraries, ensuring attorneys travel efficiently.
  • Preparing, proofreading, and formatting legal documents, including tables of contents (TOCs), complex tables, and electronic court filings.
  • Handling scanning, copying, binding, and other essential administrative tasks to maintain office efficiency.
  • Creating and maintaining organized physical and electronic filing systems for easy access and compliance.
  • Supporting new matter openings, engagement letters, and binder preparation to kick off cases smoothly.
  • Tracking bar admissions and CLE deadlines for assigned attorneys to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Managing time entry, contract attorney time tracking, and prebills for accurate billing.
  • Providing backup support to fellow administrative staff and jumping into special projects as needed.
