  • Supporting end-to-end billing processes, from proforma bill reviews to final invoice distribution.
  • Maintaining organized electronic and physical client files for easy access and compliance.
  • Processing incoming/outgoing mail, reimbursements, and vendor payments efficiently.
  • Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) registrations.
  • Delegating tasks to junior administrative staff to streamline operations.
  • Upholding the highest standards of customer service for attorneys, paralegals, and clients alike.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of legal administrative experience, ideally in trusts & estates, tax, or family law practices.
