As a Legal Contracts Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing complex contracts that power site development for EV charging stations nationwide. This role demands precision, strategic thinking, and collaboration across legal, real estate, and business teams. Handle a high volume of site development and infrastructure-related contracts, including reviewing, processing, and managing documents like ground leases, access agreements, and related real estate instruments. Your keen eye will ensure compliance and risk mitigation in every deal.
Dive deep into contract language to identify critical business and legal terms. Support negotiation efforts and drive standardization for long-term infrastructure assets, optimizing terms for construction, operation, and maintenance.
Act as the go-to expert for internal teams, providing insights on contract interpretation and site-related queries. Bridge the gap between legal, real estate, and business functions to keep projects on track.
Maintain a robust contract pipeline with meticulous documentation, reporting, and execution timelines. Leverage tools like Salesforce to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Prepare, revise, and enhance site development agreements. Contribute to upgrading contract templates, workflows, and management systems for efficiency in a high-growth environment.
3+ years in contracts management, ideally in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or energy sectors. A J.D. or paralegal background is highly preferred, with proven expertise in high-volume contract handling.
Proficiency in contract management systems (e.g., Salesforce, CMS platforms). Strong analytical abilities, negotiation support, and organizational skills. Excellent communication for cross-team collaboration. Detail-oriented mindset essential for tracking large pipelines.
Familiarity with EV infrastructure, site leases, and asset-heavy operations. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote settings.
