Key Responsibilities

As Legal Operations Manager – Paralegal, you'll drive efficiency in aviation investment deals:

• Consolidate aviation investment activity between Lending Company, Middle Office, and Fund Accounting for real-time visibility.
• Oversee loan lifecycle operations, ensuring accuracy in population control, details, covenants—even when outsourced.
• Track portfolio changes and communicate updates to internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage documentation and external counsel throughout the deal cycle, syncing with internal legal.
• Support post-closing administration, process improvements, and legal doc reviews.
• Create and maintain special purpose entities (SPEs) and transaction structure charts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for wires, accounting, valuations, and cash flows.
• Verify monthly reports, lead quarterly valuations, and handle covenant reporting/KYC.
• Drive automation, tax/middle office structuring, and ad-hoc transaction support.
