Manage all aspects of training logistics, from scheduling and venue setup to material distribution and follow-up evaluations. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across regional offices, handling periodic travel as needed to deliver consistent training experiences.
A background in law firms or professional services is essential. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a legal, technology, education, or related field—or equivalent professional experience—is preferred. Proven success in technology training roles within legal environments is highly desirable.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable, paired with strong interpersonal abilities to engage diverse audiences. You must demonstrate quick learning aptitude for mastering new tools, rigorous documentation discipline, and adherence to procedures.
