Key Responsibilities

Core Litigation Duties

• Manage the full lifecycle of defense litigation cases, including initial case assessment, strategy development, and resolution through trial or settlement.
• Perform in-depth legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis to support case positions and anticipate opposing arguments.
• Draft high-quality pleadings, motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, and appellate briefs that withstand rigorous scrutiny.

Client and Court Interactions

• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings, delivering persuasive oral arguments.
• Oversee discovery processes, including document production, interrogatories, and requests for admission, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Required Qualifications
