  • Partnering with clients, senior attorneys, and support staff to craft tailored case strategies that maximize outcomes.
  • Conducting contract reviews and risk assessments to preempt or resolve business disputes efficiently.
  • Ensuring unwavering compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including Washington-specific rules.
  • Preparing rigorously for court appearances, including mock trials, hearing prep, and trial presentations.
  • Maintaining impeccable case files, tracking deadlines via Clio or similar software, and billing accurately.
  • Keeping abreast of evolving legal landscapes, such as recent Supreme Court rulings on employment law or class actions.
