Required Qualifications

• A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in employment litigation.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, high-stakes cases.
• Proficiency in legal research tools like Westlaw or LexisNexis.
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills for drafting persuasive documents.
• Strong courtroom presence and motion practice experience.
• Ability to build rapport with clients, including Fortune 500 executives.
