Key Responsibilities

  • Managing comprehensive electronic client files, including organizing pleadings, creating detailed indices, and securely storing original client documents.
  • Reviewing, editing, and finalizing time entries for attorneys and paralegals, then processing client invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Providing high-level administrative support: managing attorney calendars, scheduling client meetings, conferences, depositions, and travel arrangements.
  • Leveraging Case Management Software (such as Clio or PracticePanther) and full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for efficient task completion.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to clients, attorneys, and internal team members, resolving inquiries with professionalism and speed.
