  • Applying track changes, styles, editing, labeling, redacting documents, and producing Tables of Authorities (TOA) and Tables of Contents (TOC).
  • Utilizing document comparison software to generate redlined versions.
  • Proofreading for spelling, grammatical, typographical, and formatting accuracy to maintain professional standards.
  • Managing E-filing procedures in both State and Federal courts with precision and compliance.
  • Scheduling meetings, depositions, hearings, and coordinating with court reporters; performing meticulous legal calendaring.
  • Assisting with matter openings/closings, special projects, and administrative support.
  • Fostering strong relationships through professional interactions with clients, visitors, attorneys, and staff via phone and email.
