  • Prepare and issue deposition notices, amended notices, subpoenas, and notices to consumers.
  • Maintain comprehensive records acquisition logs for tracking and compliance.
  • Prepare, file, and serve essential litigation documents such as jury instructions, exhibit lists, witness lists, and trial subpoenas.
  • Utilize advanced tools like NetDocs for document management and Coyote for billing support.
