  • Discovery Coordination: Oversee document collections, organize productions, and conduct e-discovery reviews using advanced tools to manage vast data sets efficiently.
  • Calendar and Deadline Management: Track case calendars meticulously, monitor deadlines, and execute electronic filings seamlessly in Minnesota state courts and federal districts.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, expert witnesses, opposing counsel, and vendors to gather information and prepare robust case strategies.
  • Hearing and Trial Prep: Assist in readying attorneys for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, including exhibit preparation and witness coordination.
  • Administrative Support: Handle additional tasks like billing, research, and firm-wide initiatives to keep operations running smoothly.
