Trademark & IP Support

  • Assist with the preparation, filing, and management of trademark applications, renewals, and responses to office actions, supporting the firm's growing IP practice.

Legal Research & Case Preparation

  • Conduct thorough research, retrieve relevant materials, and compile packets for attorney and expert witness review.
  • Provide essential trial preparation support, assembling trial exhibits, witness notebooks, and pleadings to ready cases for court.

Discovery & Document Drafting

  • Handle all aspects of discovery processes, including preparing form pleadings and organizing discovery documents.
  • Draft motions, pleadings, and declarations with precision for attorney review and finalization.

Attorney & Calendar Support

  • Manage complex attorney calendars, scheduling meetings, conferences, events, depositions, and critical case deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Monitor rules-based deadlines diligently to ensure full compliance and avoid any procedural pitfalls.

Required Qualifications
