Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory and Audit: Locate and catalog all existing source files, including authoring tools, video projects, and assessment templates, to establish a comprehensive content baseline.
  • Content Assessment: Evaluate the condition, compatibility, and readiness of digital assets for migration to the new LMS platform.
  • Redesign and Rebuild: Identify and prioritize content needing updates, using Articulate Storyline and Rise to refine eLearning courses, videos, exams, and interactive elements.
  • Standards Compliance: Guarantee adherence to the organization's visual, instructional, and accessibility guidelines, including WCAG standards for inclusive learning.
  • Migration Preparation: Finalize and package assets for effortless upload, minimizing disruptions during the platform switch.
  • QA and Testing: Lead quality assurance processes, validate migrated content, and resolve issues flagged in stakeholder reviews.
  • File Management System: Develop a standardized, organized system for source files, complete with documentation for sustained post-contract management.
  • Project Support: Tackle additional small-scale instructional design initiatives based on priorities and availability.
