This pivotal role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing secure, scalable cloud-based productivity solutions using the full suite of Microsoft 365 technologies. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with deep knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and comprehensive Microsoft 365 administration. You'll play a critical role in enhancing endpoint security, optimizing identity management, and ensuring seamless migrations to cloud services. This position offers the chance to work with enterprise-level clients, implementing best practices that align with industry security standards while boosting user productivity across modern workplace platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Microsoft Intune Mastery: Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for comprehensive device compliance, application deployment, and robust endpoint security solutions that protect organizational assets.
• Entra ID Administration: Administer and optimize Microsoft Entra ID tenants, implementing governance policies, conditional access frameworks, and advanced authentication protocols.
• Cloud Migration Leadership: Lead or support complex migrations from legacy on-premises Active Directory and Exchange environments to fully cloud-native Microsoft 365 services.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues spanning the entire Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace ecosystem.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to design secure, efficient Microsoft 365 solutions customized to specific organizational requirements and workflows.
• Documentation Excellence: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, best practices guides, and operational procedures for all Microsoft 365 environments.
• Security Compliance: Ensure endpoint management and identity security policies meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Expert Guidance: Provide tier-3 support and strategic guidance on modern workplace technologies to maximize user productivity and adoption.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this M365 Modern Workplace Specialist role, you need proven hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud technologies. Key qualifications include:

• 3+ years of experience configuring Microsoft Intune for device management and security
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD administration, including conditional access and identity governance
• Demonstrated success leading Active Directory and Exchange to Microsoft 365 migrations
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
• Experience implementing endpoint security and compliance frameworks
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to operational detail
• Familiarity with modern authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, MFA)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Microsoft certifications highly preferred (M365 Security Administrator, Intune Expert, etc.)
