  • Partner cross-functionally with Service Desk, Incident Management, Desktop Engineering, Application Hosting, Executive Support, and Infrastructure teams to maximize service availability and end-user satisfaction.
  • Handle incident requests from triage to full resolution, mastering queue management, SLA compliance, and lifecycle ownership.
  • Orchestrate changes and releases for Mail/MDM services, covering architecture design, configuration, scheduling, risk assessment, approvals, testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Process user requests for role-based access, permissions, distribution groups, calendar availability, and advanced feature enablement.
  • Champion critical incident response, event management, problem resolution, configuration control, and change management processes.
  • Perform thorough root cause analysis (RCA), develop workarounds, and drive resolutions alongside hosting teams, infrastructure groups, and third-party vendors.
  • Proactively assess, report, and remediate security vulnerabilities, apply patches/upgrades, manage email blocking policies, and implement threat-reduction strategies.
  • Monitor system performance, licensing utilization, access controls, and capacity trends; deliver actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including system designs, architecture diagrams, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and knowledge base articles.
