Key Responsibilities
As the Accounting Manager, you'll take full ownership of core financial operations:
- Financial Reporting Mastery: Prepare and own quarterly and annual financial statements with meticulous accuracy, compliance, and judgment on complex allocations and reconciliations.
- Cash and GL Leadership: Manage all cash activities, payments, distributions, and general ledger maintenance for the management company.
- AP Function Oversight: Lead accounts payable processes, including vendor payments, corporate card management, intercompany transactions, expense reimbursements, and bank reconciliations.
- Payroll and Benefits: Oversee semi-monthly payroll processing and 401(k) administration, prioritizing compliance, accuracy, and positive employee experiences.
