Key Responsibilities

Core Financial Operations

• Manage accounting for both management company and general partner levels: Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Execute month-end and quarter-end closings: Perform reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments to close books efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Handle treasury operations and wire transfers: Monitor cash positions, execute secure transfers, and manage banking relationships.

Investor and Tax Support

• Prepare distributions and allocations: Calculate and distribute funds to limited partners, ensuring equitable and timely payouts.
• Support tax activities and reporting: Assist with K-1 preparations, tax filings, and coordination with external accountants or advisors.

Additional Duties

Required Qualifications
