You will oversee plan designs for core offerings like medical, dental, vision, life insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), 401(k) plans, and more. Budget management is critical—monitor costs, analyze trends, and evaluate self-insured versus fully insured options to optimize financial outcomes.
Reporting and analytics form a cornerstone: conduct in-depth analyses of benefit utilization to inform data-driven decisions. Build robust relationships with carriers and providers to guarantee seamless service delivery. Administer leave policies, including paid family and medical leave, while maintaining strict compliance with federal, state, and international regulations. Collaborate with facilities and finance teams for seamless integration of policies, account reconciliations, and adherence to standards. Finally, negotiate with vendors and partner with leadership to evolve benefits strategies that enhance the employee experience and support talent acquisition efforts.
The ideal candidate brings proven experience implementing global benefits solutions, with strong leadership skills to guide teams effectively. You must be adept at benefits administration across medical, dental, vision, insurance, FSAs, and retirement plans. Expertise in budget oversight, cost analysis, vendor negotiations, and compliance (especially leave laws) is essential. Proficiency in reporting tools for utilization insights, coupled with a passion for wellness programs, sets you apart. A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with 8+ years in benefits management.
