  • Leading automation projects for audience management workflows in partnership with project managers and developers
  • Maintaining and optimizing data loads in marketing automation platforms like Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot
  • Ensuring 100% compliance with global data privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and emerging state laws
  • Designing and executing A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize audience targeting and campaign performance
  • Documenting all audience definitions, segmentation logic, and best practices for organizational knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate:

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in audience segmentation, marketing analytics, or data management
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with enterprise data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, TCPA)
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced marketing environments
