Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance to refine strategies. Support comprehensive website updates, including project galleries, news feeds, and multimedia video content. Coordinate PR opportunities and ensure timely distribution of announcements to maximize visibility.
Plan and execute memorable events, from client engagements and industry conferences to sponsorship activations. Handle all logistics, coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors for flawless execution. Manage photography and videography needs for projects, events, and promotional materials to capture our success stories.
Play a pivotal role in business development by assisting with proposal coordination—gathering critical project data, resumes, statistics, and supporting visuals. Prepare standout submissions for prestigious industry awards, project recognitions, and community accolades. Maintain meticulously organized digital libraries of project photos, case studies, and assets, ensuring easy access for sales and project teams.
Partner directly with sales professionals to identify needs, deliver customized materials, and meet aggressive timelines. Keep marketing resources, templates, and presentation decks current and accessible. Foster cross-functional collaboration to uphold brand consistency across every client touchpoint.
To succeed, bring 2+ years of marketing coordination experience, ideally in AEC or construction. Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud is essential, alongside strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities. Excellent communication, creative flair, and B2B marketing savvy are key. Experience with LinkedIn management, event planning, and proposal processes preferred.
