Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve hands-on scheduling mastery:

  • Develop and maintain detailed, resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring integration with cost data and governance standards.
  • Conduct ongoing schedule analysis, critical path reviews, and quality audits across IT programs and SAP workstreams.
  • Manage dependencies within and across workstreams, collaborating with Project Managers, Leads, and stakeholders for timely updates.
  • Perform earned value management (EVM), variance analysis, and forward-looking insights to identify risks, delays, and recovery options.
  • Establish baselines, track progress, and communicate milestone impacts, critical path changes, and timeline expectations to leadership.
  • Support Estimate-to-Complete (ETC) development, financial forecasting, and alignment with vendors and Financial Analysts.
  • Recommend best practices for P6 coding structures, templates, and reporting tools.
  • Attend project meetings, document notes/action items, and ensure compliance with PMO processes and Scheduler Standards.

Required Qualifications
