Key Responsibilities

Stay Ahead of the Curve

Proactively monitor the Microsoft 365 roadmap, Message Center updates, and release notes to anticipate upcoming features and changes. This forward-thinking approach ensures your organization is always prepared for the latest enhancements in tools like SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.

Strategic Analysis and Planning

Partner with product owners and stakeholders to analyze new functionalities, evaluating business value, potential risks, compliance requirements (such as GDPR or HIPAA), and technical readiness. Develop comprehensive rollout strategies and implementation plans tailored to diverse teams, minimizing disruptions while maximizing ROI.

Empower Users with Resources

Create accessible documentation, FAQs, quick-start guides, and best practices that demystify Microsoft 365 capabilities. Your user-friendly materials will accelerate adoption and reduce support tickets, turning complex features into everyday wins.

Measure and Optimize Success

Gather feedback through surveys, workshops, and analytics; track key adoption metrics like usage rates, feature engagement, and productivity gains. Identify optimization opportunities, such as streamlining workflows with Power Automate or enhancing collaboration via Viva Engage, to drive continuous improvement.

Communicate Effectively

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT adoption, change management, or enablement roles

• Track record of creating effective documentation and training materials
• Data-driven mindset for metrics tracking and feedback analysis
• Ability to translate tech concepts into business language

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred

Certifications like Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or Change Management Professional are a plus.
