Execute the upgrade to .accdb format with full compatibility for Microsoft Access 2019, proactively identifying and resolving deprecated features, compatibility roadblocks, and performance bottlenecks. Implement industry best practices to optimize database structure, indexing, and query execution for superior performance in the modern environment.

Office Upgrade Support

Partner closely with enterprise IT teams during the organization-wide transition from Office 2013 to Office 2019. Rigorously test all database functionalities in the new environment, updating VBA modules, macros, and automation scripts to eliminate compatibility issues. Ensure zero disruption to daily operations through meticulous validation and iterative testing cycles.

Documentation, Training & Quality Assurance

Create comprehensive documentation covering the entire migration process, structural changes, code modifications, and optimization strategies.
