Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Maintenance

As the primary NetSuite administrator, you will oversee daily system health, including user role management, permission configurations, and data integrity protocols. This involves routine maintenance tasks, applying patches and updates, and monitoring performance metrics to prevent downtime and ensure compliance with security best practices.

Custom Development & Automation

Leverage your SuiteScript expertise to design, develop, test, and deploy tailored workflows, scripts, and automations. From advanced approval processes to custom client scripts and user event scripts, your work will eliminate manual tasks and supercharge productivity across the organization.

Integrations & Technical Implementation

Build and maintain robust integrations with third-party applications using SuiteTalk web services, REST APIs, ODBC connections, or middleware like Celigo and Boomi. Whether connecting to CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, or financial tools, your integration skills will create a unified data ecosystem.

Reporting & Analytics

Create powerful reporting solutions including saved searches, custom dashboards, KPIs, and flash reports. Empower stakeholders with real-time insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Support

Work closely with business analysts, IT teams, and end-users to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and deliver solutions that align with organizational objectives. Provide comprehensive training sessions, ongoing support, and maintain detailed documentation for all customizations.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this NetSuite ERP Developer & Administrator role, candidates must demonstrate:

• 3-5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and development experience
• Advanced proficiency in SuiteScript 2.0/2.1, including Client Scripts, User Event Scripts, and Scheduled Scripts
• Proven track record of NetSuite integrations using SuiteTalk, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party connectors
• Deep knowledge of NetSuite modules (Financials, CRM, Inventory, Procurement, etc.) and advanced features like Advanced PDF/HTML Templates and SuiteAnalytics
• Experience with NetSuite configurations, custom records/fields, workflows, and bundles
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex issues and performance optimization
• Excellent communication skills for user training and cross-functional collaboration
• NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or SuiteCloud Developer preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Bonus qualifications include experience with JavaScript, SQL, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
