  • Assist in network upgrades, expansions, and technology migrations.
  • Follow established network security protocols, administer firewall rules, VPN access, and support intrusion prevention efforts.
  • Document network configurations and changes, ensuring accurate records for compliance and support purposes.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and junior IT staff on network topics.
  • Participate in backup and disaster recovery planning and testing for network infrastructure.
  • Stay current with emerging networking technologies and best practices, including SD-WAN and cloud networking.

Required Qualifications

To succeed as our Network Administrator, you should bring:

  • 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience in enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, and other routing protocols.
