Leverage Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat to track assignments, monitor progress, and collaborate with team members on next steps. Conduct member surveys, compile insightful results, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes that propel projects forward.
Maintain impeccably organized filing systems for easy retrieval. Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication, handle inbound calls, scanning, and receptionist duties, fostering positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
