Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Field phone calls, respond to inquiries promptly, and communicate professionally to address discrepancies, explain services, and build lasting member relationships.
• End-of-Day Duties: Balance cash drawers meticulously, scan and organize checks and receipts, restock supplies, and prepare for the next business day.
• Team Support: Act as a versatile backup for other branches, keep workspaces spotless, and contribute to broader credit union objectives through collaboration.

Required Qualifications
