Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, deployment, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, guaranteeing optimal functionality, reliability, and uptime for enterprise systems.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and executives to gather requirements and translate them into robust, scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions tailored to specific business needs.
• Drive system migrations and greenfield implementations, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency in Oracle Fusion environments across Core HR, Payroll, and beyond.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues in modules like Time and Labor, Talent Management, and Workforce Compensation, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Foster partnerships with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Fusion HCM with company-wide strategies, promoting innovation and agility.
• Mentor junior team members, conducting knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate the team's Oracle Fusion expertise and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Collect user feedback, perform in-depth system performance analysis, and deliver actionable recommendations for enhancements that adapt to evolving business demands.
• Design and implement integration strategies connecting Oracle Fusion with third-party applications, banking systems, and tax engines via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and advanced middleware.
• Proactively monitor HCM system health using built-in tools and custom analytics, preemptively addressing potential issues to maintain operational excellence.
• Develop customized reports, dashboards, and analytics using BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and OTBI to empower data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications for Oracle Fusion HCM SME

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM. Ideal qualifications include:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM SME, with proven success in full lifecycle implementations.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, and Recruiting.
• Strong technical skills in Oracle Integration Cloud, PaaS integrations, API development, and middleware like OSB or SOA Suite.
• Expertise in reporting tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Analytics Cloud for building interactive dashboards and KPI reports.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex HCM issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
• Experience leading migrations from on-premise Oracle EBS HCM to Fusion Cloud, including data conversion and testing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and presenting solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Oracle Fusion HCM certifications (e.g., Implementation Specialist) highly preferred.
• Familiarity with security configurations, HDL data loads, and FAST formula development in Oracle Fusion.
