Key Responsibilities

As the OCM Consultant, your impact will span the entire change lifecycle:

  • Develop comprehensive change management strategies aligned with Oracle HCM implementation roadmaps and business objectives

  • Define and track success metrics including adoption rates, utilization KPIs, and business value realization
  • Partner strategically with C-suite executives, HR directors, IT leadership, and functional managers
  • Coach and equip leadership teams to champion change and reinforce key messages
  • Design multi-channel communication plans with audience-segmented messaging strategies
  • Collaborate with training specialists to develop role-based learning paths and enablement programs
  • Monitor post-go-live adoption through data analytics and implement targeted interventions
  • Deliver executive-level reporting with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Seamlessly integrate OCM activities into master project plans while coordinating with SIs and technical teams

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of OCM experience, with demonstrated success in Oracle HCM, ERP, or SaaS implementations
  • Deep knowledge of change methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, etc.) and practical application
  • Exceptional stakeholder management across all organizational levels
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive executive alignment
  • Strong project management skills with experience integrating OCM into complex implementations
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities
  • Familiarity with HR technology landscapes and Oracle HCM functionality

  • Adaptability to remote work environments with occasional travel
  • Bachelor's degree; Prosci certification highly preferred
