  • Draft professional correspondence, including RFE responses, support letters, and NOIDs, always ready for attorney approval.
  • Guide support staff on best practices and help innovate workflows to boost firm efficiency.
  • Continuously track case statuses via online portals, ensuring full compliance with evolving immigration policies.
  • Provide top-tier client service, proactively managing expectations and delivering results that build long-term relationships.

Required Qualifications
