Beyond technical skills, we're seeking individuals with excellent organizational abilities, the capacity to manage multiple cases independently, and superior communication skills for client interactions and attorney briefings. Knowledge of Massachusetts-specific probate codes, Uniform Probate Code principles, and federal tax laws is highly advantageous.
