Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage comprehensive case files, overseeing all litigation phases from initial client intake to final resolution.

  • Expertly navigate e-filing systems for seamless, error-free submission of court documents, meeting tight deadlines in busy dockets.

  • Orchestrate discovery processes, including organizing document productions, responding to interrogatories, and preparing for depositions.
  • Maintain airtight calendars and deadline tracking systems to prevent missed filings and ensure adherence to court schedules.
  • Develop professional Microsoft PowerPoint presentations to articulate trial theories, summarize evidence, and persuade judges or juries.
  • Leverage sophisticated case management software, particularly Relativity, to organize vast datasets, run searches, and produce reports efficiently.
  • Foster proactive communication with attorneys, clients, and co-counsel to provide status updates, flag issues, and drive case momentum forward.
