  • Draft precise legal descriptions, amendments, closing statements, and escrow instructions; assist in preparing and filing documents for commercial lending and borrowing transactions.
  • Maintain impeccable physical and electronic file organization in full compliance with firm policies, records retention rules, and data security standards.
  • Handle additional administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and ad-hoc support to ensure operational excellence.
