  • Master e-filing in state and federal courts using ECF, PACER, and OneLegal, while adhering to local rules.
  • Manage administrative tasks including lawyer calendars, deposition scheduling, and master calendaring of deadlines.
  • Handle subpoenas, procure medical records and billing to build robust case files.
  • Maintain organized digital case files using tools like Dropbox and Filevine.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Proactively drive law firm marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
