Oversee the preparation and timely filing of demand letters while ensuring strict adherence to personal injury pre-litigation procedures and industry standards. Collaborate with senior leadership to implement process improvements and address evolving team needs.
To excel as our Paralegal Manager, candidates must possess a robust blend of legal expertise and leadership acumen. A bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field is preferred, coupled with at least 5 years of hands-on paralegal experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory capacity. Deep knowledge of personal injury law, particularly pre-litigation phases, is non-negotiable.
Key skills include exceptional team leadership, performance evaluation, schedule and calendar management, recruitment proficiency, demand letter drafting, mentorship capabilities, compliance expertise, and docket management. Proficiency in legal case management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase) and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
