About the Role

You'll support 3–4 attorneys in handling board matters, transactional documents, public records requests, and occasional litigation support. Key Responsibilities

As a vital team member, your day-to-day will include:

• Providing hands-on paralegal support to 3–4 attorneys on diverse matters.

• Offering litigation support for infrequent but engaging lawsuits.
• Preparing, indexing, and organizing complex legal documents.
• Maintaining meticulous files and proactively tracking deadlines to ensure compliance.

• Accurately billing time for eligible tasks per California Business & Professions Code standards.

Required Qualifications
