Compliance & Risk Management

  • Manage year-end processes including W-2/1099 preparation and IRS filings

Systems & Process Optimization

  • Administer payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, Workday, or similar platforms)
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to reduce processing time
  • Integrate payroll with HRIS, timekeeping, and benefits systems

Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

  • 5+ years of progressive payroll administration experience, including supervisory responsibility
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) strongly preferred

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
