  • Complete and submit essential tax forms such as Form 940 (FUTA), Form 941 (quarterly federal tax return), W-2/W-3 summaries, and 1099 forms for independent contractors.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees, managers, and clients with professionalism, resolving discrepancies and issues swiftly to maintain satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of all applicable tax and wage laws, including minimum wage updates, overtime regulations, and garnishments, while performing daily payroll tasks.
