• Track and manage employee leave balances (vacation, sick, personal time).

• Prepare/submit payroll/unemployment taxes to federal/state agencies.
• Handle weekly certified payroll reports and maintain detailed job logs.
• Generate/distribute W-2s annually and support audit-ready documentation.
• Guide employees/managers on payroll, taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
• Assist with benefits reports, GL reconciliations, and policy interpretation.
• Ensure full compliance with local/state/federal regs (workers' comp, garnishments, etc.).
• Stay ahead of evolving payroll laws and regulations.
