Key Responsibilities

You'll track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source-of-hire, and candidate satisfaction to continuously refine our strategies.

Interview and Onboarding Coordination

Orchestrate seamless interview schedules by coordinating with hiring managers, candidates, and interview panels. Ensure all participants receive structured feedback forms and debrief sessions to maintain transparency. Post-hire, partner with People Operations to deliver exceptional onboarding experiences, from pre-boarding paperwork to new hire orientation sessions, setting the stage for long-term employee success.

Training, Global Hiring, and M&A Support

Contribute to designing and delivering training programs that empower managers with effective hiring and leadership skills. Support international recruitment by managing visa processes, cultural alignment, and logistical challenges for global hires. During mergers and acquisitions, facilitate talent integration by conducting culture assessments, aligning HR processes, and mitigating transition risks to ensure business continuity.

HR Administration and Communications

Handle day-to-day People Operations tasks, including employee communications via email campaigns and intranet updates, maintaining accurate personnel records in HRIS systems, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Serve as a trusted point of contact for HR inquiries, promoting a supportive and inclusive workplace.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this People and Talent Coordinator role at Robert Half, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of progressive experience in HR coordination, talent acquisition, or recruitment.
