Key Responsibilities

Core System Maintenance and Oversight

• Oversee and maintain the General Ledger (GL), ensuring unwavering system integrity and proactively identifying potential issues before they escalate.
• Perform high-level month-end and year-end validations to guarantee successful GL batch processing and financial accuracy.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Issue Resolution

• Collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, strategically escalating to or coordinating with offshore AMS teams for efficient resolution.
• Troubleshoot both development and production-related application issues in PeopleSoft environments, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with business users, supporting their reporting, audit, and system change needs with tailored guidance.

Global and Cross-Functional Partnerships

• Partner with other process leads to manage VAT updates and implement seamless cross-module changes, ensuring compliance across regions.
• Foster collaboration across regional and global PeopleSoft teams, as well as internal IT and business units, promoting unified ERP strategies.
• Prioritize and manage service requests and change orders, providing users with clear guidance on operational tasks.

SAP Transition and Testing Support
