Key Responsibilities

Core Development Duties

• Translate UI/UX design mockups and wireframes into responsive, custom WordPress themes using advanced PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Build and maintain custom WordPress plugins to extend functionality and meet unique client requirements.
• Develop secure, scalable integrations with third-party APIs, payment gateways, CRMs, and e-commerce platforms.

Performance & Quality Assurance

• Optimize websites for lightning-fast load times, SEO best practices, and mobile-first responsiveness.
• Implement security best practices including input sanitization, SQL injection prevention, and WordPress hardening techniques.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility.

Team Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Work closely with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Conduct code reviews, write clean, documented code, and follow Git-based version control workflows.
• Contribute to technical strategy sessions and propose workflow enhancements using tools like Composer, WP-CLI, and modern build processes.

Required Qualifications
